Beef Stilton- strips of beef pan fried and bound in a rich sauce of brandy cream and Stilton.

Roast fillet of cod- fresh cod oven roasted wrapped in bacon and stuffed with capers roasted peppers and coarse grain mustard.

Chicken in red wine- chicken breast served in a traditional sauce of tomato, smoked bacon red wine and mushrooms.

Leek and blue Stilton lasagne- home made lasagne served with salad leaves
