Please note we have a two night minimum stay at weekends and three nights on Bank holidays

We are open over the Christmas and New year period – Three night min stay applies on a B&B basis – Early booking is advised reservations made on your behalf for Christmas and New Years Lunch with local restaurant – High season Tariff applies

A deposit of one full night per room will be required on making your reservation
If a reservation is made less than 7 days before jour arrival date the full cost will be required

Cancellation Policy
We hope that none of our guests have to cancel but in the event of cancellation our policy is as follows:
Any cancellation £10 administration costs
Less 14 days notice deposit non refundable with the possible option to reschedule your stay
within two months
Less than 7 days notice or in case of no-show 100% of quoted rate.
If we can fill your vacancy up to four days prior to your reservation date we will return your balance payment.
Please note Cancellations made during your stay for what ever reason will incur the full cost of your reservation. Holiday insurance is relatively cheap and we do recommend it taken out.
