Cancellation Terms

The guest can cancel free of charge until seven days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel in the seven days before arrival.
If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.

Payment Terms

The following credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Unless alternative payment arrangements have been arranged with the owners, full payment will be taken at check out.

Booking Terms

Check in from 15.00 to 21.00. Contact the owners in advance of check in to request earlier or later check in.
Check out from 9.00 to 10.30. Contact the owners in advance of check in to request earlier or later check out.
Telephone directly for bookings with a check in date of less than two days in the future.
Minimum age limit is 18.
Children are not allowed.
There is no provision for extra beds.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
